Report a post, comment, or person

Every post, comment, and profile has a report option in the app — that’s the fastest way to flag something. We review reports and act on them, usually within 24 hours. You can also block or mute anyone from their profile. If it’s urgent, email support@bygoneapp.com.

Child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Report it in the app or email childsafety@bygoneapp.com. See our Child Safety Standards for how we handle it.

Your account

Want to export your data or delete your account? You can do both from Settings in the app, or start a deletion at bygoneapp.com/delete-account. Deletions get a 30-day grace period, then everything is gone for good.

Billing & Bygone Plus

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Manage, change, or cancel your plan in your App Store account settings — refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple. For anything else about Plus, email support@bygoneapp.com.
